LuTerm is provided as a desktop application plus optional Cloud services (accounts, sync, AI proxy). The software is supplied as-is; SSH access to your servers is your responsibility.

The Free plan is limited as described on the pricing page. Pro and Team are recurring Gumroad memberships. Cancelling stops future charges; the plan reverts at the end of the paid period as reported by Gumroad.

You must not use LuTerm to attack systems you do not own or to violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the AI proxy or the API.

Desktop builds are distributed from this site. You are responsible for verifying downloads on your own machine.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of luterm.com, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
